A 24 year old woman presents to her GP with a 2 day history of nausea, headache and blurred vision. She had been started on isotretinoin 4 weeks ago for severe acne. Her past medical history includes childhood measles at the age of 5 with no known sequelae.

On examination, her blood pressure is 145/95 mmHg, her BMI is 24 kg/m² and fundoscopy reveals mild papilloedema.

What is the most likely cause of her symptoms?

(B) Benign intracranial hypertension
